Tangle Receives NPO Uplift

We're very pleased to share that we will continue to be supported by Arts Council England Southwest as a National Portfolio Organisation for 2018-2022. We are also thrilled that ACE Southwest will invest in us further through a funding uplift of of 19%.

Phil Gibby, Area Director Arts Council England said, “Tangle are an exemplary organisation in terms of developing and showcasing Black and minority ethnic theatre and talent. Our additional investment will enable them to take their ambitions to a new level and we look forward to seeing the outcomes of this success.”

Anna Coombs, Artistic Director of Tangle said, "I'm delighted that Tangle has achieved a further four years grant support as a National Portfolio Organisation of Arts Council England - with an Uplift in Funding of 19% and the score of 'Outstanding' for our artistic proposal.
